Mission
Our goal is to provide the highest quality orthodontic care in a loving and caring manner, in an environment that is pleasing for our patients and staff.
Planning Your Appointments
Quality orthodontic care requires a significant amount of energy and time from our patients and our team. In order to maximize treatment results in a timely manner, please remember these guidelines:
Canceled/Missed Appointments
So that treatment will not be delayed, we must reschedule missed or canceled appointments within two weeks of the original consultation. An appointment may or may not be available during prime time hours (early in the morning or late in the afternoon). After missing an appointment for the third time you will be charged a fee.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late due to some unforeseen emergency or problem, we will do our best to work you in the schedule. However, to be fair to other patients who have arrived on time, it may be necessary to reschedule.
Prime Time- We plan our schedule so that we can assist as many patients as possible during prime time hours.
Bonding or Appliance Delivery-These appointments, which are longer, rarely occur. They are scheduled in the morning outside of prime time hours.
Progress Checks and Routine Adjustments-These shorter appointments can occur during prime time hours, and are usually scheduled six to ten weeks in advance. Appointments that are rescheduled or requested on short notice may be scheduled outside of prime time hours.
Emergency/Repair Appointments
Because these appointments can be lengthy, we schedule them outside of prime time hours. If you are scheduled for a routine adjustment, but have a broken appliance or lost retainers please call us ahead of time, since we may or may not be able to see you. We may reschedule your appointment outside of prime time hours or make changes to our schedule. This will save you an unnecessary visit to the office.
