Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Anna Ladd: Anna Ladd, Lab Technician, has been with Richter Orthodontics since July 2006. Anna, who is X-ray certified, is responsible for taking exam photos and X-rays, sterilizing equipment and charting records. Anna has gone through training to certify her in Basic Removable Appliance Fabrication.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, photography, fishing and watching movies.
Anna’s favorite part about working at Richter Orthodontics is that she gets to work with both kids and adults. Most of all, she loves doing lab work, such as making retainers for patients after their braces are removed.
Heather Chavez: Heather Chavez has worked at Richter Orthodontics since August 2005 as an Orthodontic Technician and an Insurance Coordinator. Heather has X-ray certification, dental certification and CPR certification. She has had previous experience with general dentistry as well as oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Heather and her husband, Artemio, have been married for 7 years. She is a mother of two, Zebidiah, age 4, and Vanessa, age 1. She enjoys quilting, soccer, reading with her children and playing with the family dog, Oz, the Yorkshire terrier.
Heather enjoys working with her patients, helping educate them on how to take care of their braces and seeing how they change throughout their treatment.
Lori Chacon: Lori Chacon is the Scheduling Coordinator and joined Richter Orthodontics in January 2007. She believes that customer service is very important and wants each patient and parent to feel welcome and invaluable to Richter Orthodontics.
Lori is also a wife and mother, which are the most important roles in her life. She and her husband have been married for 25 years. They have three sons, ages 25, 23 and 21.
Lori looks forward to coming to Richter Orthodontics every day and working with the entire staff. She enjoys interacting with patients and parents and watching patients’ treatments evolve, leaving them with smiles they are proud to show off!
Asia Stockwell: Asia Stockwell has worked at Richter Orthodontics since December 2005 as an Orthodontic Technician. She has X-ray certification, C.M.T. certification and CPR certification and has had previous experience with general dentistry in Worland, Wyoming as well as in Eaton, Colorado.
Asia is an animal lover, owning two dogs, Zig and Kira, and two cats, Link and Luna. Away from the office, she enjoys cooking, hiking, trail riding on her bike, water sports and any outdoor summer activity.
Asia likes being able to be hands-on and interact with patients, adults as well as children, mostly because she feels like a big kid herself! She loves having fun and laughing!
Cheri Hedstrom: Cheri Hedstrom is our Treatment Coordinator. She has been with Dr. Richter’s team since May 2003. She likes working with a team who believes what they offer is “quality.”
In her spare time, Cheri enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family, which includes her husband of 25 years and two daughters, ages 20 and 16.
Working at Richter Orthodontics, Cheri enjoys working for a doctor who treats all his patients as if they are his own family.
Leisha Robinson: Leisha Robinson, Orthodontic Technician, began working at Richter Orthodontics in March 2008. She is certified in CPR and radiographs and has had previous experience for five years in general dentistry as well as six years in orthodontics.
In her spare time, Leisha enjoys yoga, rock climbing and dancing as well as spending time with her family, which includes five older siblings and 17 nieces and nephews.
Leisha loves taking off braces and watching someone show off their new smile!
Megan Nider: Megan is an Orthodontic Technician / Marketing Director, she joined the Richter team November of 2008. Megan is a Certified Dental Assistant and also X-ray Certified.
Megan likes to go camping with her husband, Jon and their son, Cooper, some other activities that keep her on the go are softball and snow skiing.
Megan loves being a part of team that truly works as a team. It is also amazing to her how much a smile improves self-confidence in teen children and she loves to watch that self-confidence rise to ultimate extremes!
